台灣風味學是一個從餐桌出發的飲食文化平台。由長期走入產地、市場與廚房的團隊發起，我們關注台灣風味的多樣性，並透過研究、對話與聲音紀錄，建立理解風味的語言，讓人與地方被更多人看見。
